Many of our puppies are in training to earn obedience titles. One of Shadow's sons, "Bucky von Terror's, UDT, TT, TDI, CGC" (pictured here with owner/trainer Jim Day of Ohio), was only the second white GSD in history to earn both his Utility Degree and a Tracking Dog Title (UTD). Bucky was also a certified Therapy Dog (TDI), a Canine Good Citizen (CGC), was titled in Agility, and at the age of 11, passed his Temperament Test (TT). Bucky recently passed away at the age of 15, and we offer our sincere condolences to Jim and the rest of Bucky's family.
Our foundation bitch, "Terror's Corky von Chinookie," was from the original Chinook's White Shadow line from Dorothy Crider in California (the Walt Disney movie dogs). Corky carried the snow white coat and gentle, even temperament of the Chinook line.
We at Terror's sadly announce the passing of Shadow's great-grandson, "Terror's And Justice for All, TC, HIC, CGC" (at right) at the age of 12-1/2 on December 26, 2000. Justice was OFA certified (hips & elbows), von Willebrand's tested (95%), Temperament Certified (TC) by the German Shepherd Dog Club of America, Herding Instinct Certified (HIC) by the GSDCA at their National Specialty Show in 1993, and was awarded his Canine Good Citizenship (CGC) by the Kachina Kennel Club in 1994. Justice was #8 on the White German Shepherd Dog Club International's 1993-94 list of Top 10 Dogs -- quite an accomplishment considering his very limited show career. Justice retired from the show ring with 11 points (out of 15) towards his WGSDCII championship. We will miss you my sweet boy.JUSTICE KIDS!!!
We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Justice's daughter, "Vulcan Snow White v Terror's" ("Sam"). Sam is pictured at left with her devoted owner, Rochelle Bruflat, of California. Sam earned High in Trial at the 1995 GSDCA National Specialty Herding Trial in California and was getting ready to compete at the 1999 GSDCA National Specialty when her life was tragically cut short. Sam was the first white GSD in history to earn an AKC herding title!! We will miss you, Sam. I know you will be waiting at Rainbow Bridge for Rochelle.
One of Justice's sons, "Vulcan Terror's Czar Nicholas," is pictured in the center with his owner, Mimi Hite, taking High in Trial at the GSDCA Regional Specialty in Tucson, AZ. Mimi and Czar are still actively competing in AKC obedience trials.CONGRATULATIONS to Mimi and Czar for following in the steps of Czar's great uncle, "Bucky von Terror's" and receiving his UDT!!!!

We are saddened to hear of the death of Max in August 2003. He enjoyed life up until the very end--these pictures were taken just a few days before he passed away.

"Penny""Terror's Sasquatch Blizzard" passed away at the age of 13 in 1998, and his half sister, "Terror's Ro-Lo Pride Penny, TC, CGC, TDI," passed away at age of 14 after major surgery in January, 2000. Penny earned her first championship points at the ripe old age of 8 at the Sierra Cluster Shows in Nevada, where she went Best of Breed over major pointed specials, and also helped my daughter earn her first Best Junior Handler award at the same show. At the 1998 WGSDCII National Specialty Show in Minneapolis, and at the 1999 National in Dallas, Texas, Penny earned the distinction of being the oldest white GSD shown. Penny is shown at the 1998 National (just a few months shy of 13) with Katherine in the photo above and at the 1999 National in the photo below left. At both of these National shows, Penny also won Best of Opposite Sex in the Veterans Sweepstakes, and helped my youngest daughter earn a first place trophy in Junior Handling. At the 1999 National, Penny also won the Brood Bitch class with her daughter, "Charm" and son, "Stormy" (photo below right) and earned her TDI (Therapy Dog International) Certificate, qualifying her as a certified therapy dog. During her years with us, Penny was a devoted "grandmother" to each litter of puppies. Penny and Blizzard were my special ones and I will miss them both more than words can say. I look forward to being reunited with them one day at Rainbow Bridge.

Penny's daughter, "Terror's Magic Charm von Joy, CD, Can.CD, CGC, TC, TDI, HIC (OFA)," is pictured at left above with her owner, Joyce Ann Matejcek of Roseville, Minnesota, receiving the third leg on her American Kennel Club Companion Dog degree. Penny's son, "Terror's Silver Masterpiece, CD (OFA)" is pictured in the center above taking High in Trial at the 1996 German Shepherd Dog Club of America (GSDCA) specialty on the east coast with a score of 190-1/2. Penny's daughter, "Terror's Wonderland Mikaela, HC, TDI, CGC (OFA)" (above right) earned her Herding Certificate at the German Shepherd Dog Club of America National Specialty Show in California in 1995. Miki was the White German Shepherd Dog Club International's first altered Champion (2003) and was Best Altered at the 2004 National Specialty Show. We lost our Miki just a few days after her 12th birthday in September, 2004. All three of these Penny babies were sired by WGSDCII CH. Chris's Silver von Snowcloud, CD (OFA).

Another of Penny and Silver's daughters, Terror's Kaja of Paws Inn, CD, CGC, TD (OFA) (owned by Rose Curl of Paws Inn Kennel, Cecilia, Kentucky), whelped her first litter in May of 1999. These pups were sired by Paws Inn's Lil Kodiak Cub (OFA) (who traces his ancestry back to Shadow).
